Not many brands are as known as Adidas when it comes to sports shoes. Adidas has for years been a leader in this segment, from athletes to celebrities donning their variety. Many such people also endorsed their shoes, while Adidas endorsed them. There is a long list of such people, starting at Jesse Ownes all the way to Lionel Messi.

The brand believes in doing high-end research for their materials. This helps them produce high-performance shoes that are long-lasting while being super comfortable. The materials breathe well and are also able to dry up faster.

Adidas plans to use recycled materials and by 2024 wants to use only such materials. This also means they use plastics and polyester from the oceans. They have even come up with shoes that can be reground to make use of the materials.

Not just focusing on sports shoes, the Adidas shoe line is very influential with the urban street style; something that is entrenched in Hip-Hop culture. They have collaborated with Kanye West to produce the YEEZY line, which sells out when new iterations are released.

Other known collaborations include a line with Stella McCartney.
