Calvin Klein Deep Euphoria

Calvin Klein produces many fashion related items and is one of the most well known American fashion brands. The catalogue includes colognes and perfumes. One of their more successful fragrance lines is Euphoria, the original was a perfume launched in 2006. Many iterations have since been launched, with Deep Euphoria coming out in 2016.

This perfume is aimed at a slightly younger generation of women, compared to the original Euphoria. Calvin Klein's Deep Euphoria is more along the lines of a chypre perfume, with a drier woody note that is home to the floral scents.

The top notes include white pepper, mandarin leaf and cascalone. This gives it a hint of citrus but a drier kind due to it being from the leaves, with a spiciness from white pepper and an aquatic note from cascalone. The heart notes consist of black rose, peony, geranium and jasmine-sambac. The heart is where the florals reside.

For the base, there is patchouli, wood notes and musk. A good mix of earthy spice, wood and musk; creating a more whole space for the florals to rest in.

Calvin Klein Deep Euphoria is a generally well-liked perfume, with many people choosing to wear it at night or in the winter months. People do however wear it otherwise as well, as timing is all about personal preferences. It is similar to the original, but with a darker twist to it.
