Chicken Tikka Masala

Tikka masala is a spicy blend of aromatic herbs and spices that are ground to a fine powder. The masala is used to accentuate the taste of several Pakistani dishes like chicken tikka, chicken masala tikka, grilled chicken, tikka boti etc. You can either add a few teaspoons of this masala to the marinade or sprinkle on top of a finished dish for extra flavour.
