Dcode is a brand that assembles its smartphones locally. The Dcod Cygnal is a smartphone in the entry-level range, with ample specs for everyday users and some mobile gaming, but it won't be able to handle the heavier apps well.

The MediaTek Helio A20 powers this device, a chipset made using the 12nm method. This processor uses octa-core architecture and can put out clock speeds of 1.8GHz. Integrated into this is the IMG GE8300 GPU, this takes on the visual load so the main processor is not dealing with that too. Aiding the processing is 3GB of RAM, which is ample to handle some multitasking as well. Storage is at 32GB and one can use a microSD card to add on 256GB more.

The OS is Android 11, which means it also features Machine Learning and it can improve its performance based on how a specific user uses it. Connectivity includes WiFi, Bluetooth and DualSIM with Data up to 4G standards.

For the display, the Cygnal has a 6.52-inch screen and has a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. This resolution is near HD so one can enjoy their content to a good degree.

Cameras on this device include a triple-lens setup for the rear camera, with a 13MP AI triple camera. The front camera is a 5MP one, which is ample for decent clarity for your video calls and selfies. Video can be shot at 1080p with a frame rate of 30fps.
