Dolce & Gabbana is one of the more well-known fashion houses. Their designs have been worn by many celebrities and trendsetters. The brand also produces many fragrances, with their 'The One' line being a great success. There are a lot of perfumes and colognes available in this line, of which The Only One is a perfume from 2018.

A deep kind of fragrance, The Only One has sweet, gourmand, amber and vanilla accords. The top layer gives it a bit of freshness with bergamot, orange and violet. This leads to heart notes that include coffee, pear, iris, orange blossom and rose. This heart layer gives it some powdery tones, as well as coffee which adds to the gourmand feels stated above.

At the base, one find caramel, vanilla and patchouli. Caramel and coffee complement each other, with vanilla also being a good fit alongside. Patchouli adds in some earthiness and a slight hint of spice.

People tend to associate this perfume with the night as well as the winter months due to its deeper tones. Though one could wear it whenever they wanted, as this is a matter of personal choice.

The sillage and longevity are above mid-level, giving one good coverage.
