Dunhill Desire Blue

A brand that has retained a classic feel, Dunhill started with making leather products. Over time the brand has produced a lot of accessories and also fragrances, almost all of their catalogue is for men.

Dunhill Desire Blue 

After the 2000 launch and success of Dunhill Desire Red, the brand launched Desire Blue. The only similarity between the two was the muskiness and their success in the market, Desire Blue was very different otherwise. Giving the feel of an aquatic character, especially with the use of calone. It is a bit fresh and fruity but manages to be so without being sweet.

The top notes include litchi, mandarin orange, lotus and bergamot, while the middle is made from orange, Brazilian rosewood and calone; with the base made from tonka bean, amber, musk and benzoin.

This smokey cologne was concocted by Phillipe Romano.

Dunhill Desire Blue is still as relevant as when it was launched, it can still be worn to great effect. The price makes it accessible, with the price falling in the mid-ranges.
