Givenchy Hot Couture

A brand that was established by Count Hubert de Givenchy in 1952. Givenchy is a leading fashion brand in the world. The founder was greatly inspired by Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy. These are also women Hubert created clothes for. Aside from the clothes, Givenchy has a wide range of accessories and fragrances. The perfumes include Hot Couture, a floral scent that has a lot of other layers to it as well.

The opening is home to raspberry, orange and bergamot. Giving the top notes a citrus feel with a hint of fruit. At the middle, one finds pepper, vetiver and magnolia. This adds in a reen wood, spice and a waxy lemon floral from magnolia.

The base notes include sandalwood, amber and musk. All these make for a woody warmth with a hint of sweet spice from the sandalwood.

Created in 2000, Hot Couture lived up to its name with a scent that fits the irresistibly charming woman.

The kind of scent this is, it is a good fit for any time of the day and is also great for any season. Though some people do not prefer it for the summer but this is a personal choice.

The sillage and longevity of Givenchy Hot Couture are high, making it good in value. Especially with the price at the lower midrange of fragrances. A relatively high price for Pakistan.
