The filtration system in the Haier Air Purifier uses advanced techniques of UV and Titanium Dioxide which is a photocatalytic oxidation process that removes low-level bacteria from the air. The Plasma Purification is the process of emitting charged ions that break down dangerous particles carrying bacteria to effectively be captured by the filtration system. The nanomaterials used to layer the filter improve the performance of the main HEPA Filter which stands for high efficiency particulate air. HEPA filter can remove approminately 99.97% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria, and any airborne particles within the size of 0.3 microns (µm).
