They have a total gross capacity of up to 175 lbs. of food capable of handling a family of 6 - 8 or more depending on what size you buy. Available in colours white, red and blue. Deep freezer models have different freezing capacities of 16 – 20 or 21 – 25 or 26 – 30 measured with tonnes per hour. Haier deep freezer has a 3 layered door that seals the cooling temperatures and avoids unnecessary leakage.  

Cooling Mechanism

All Haier models have a rubber lining outlining the opening doors and the compartment box, these together create an airtight seal that maintains cooling temperatures for long durations. This seal is called the anti-fungal door gasket, it prevents the entry and build-up of fungi and bacteria inside the deep freezer. In the Haier models, this seal is removable making it easier to clean over time. With regular cleaning, the gasket will be free of any micro-organisms virus or bacteria build-up.
