The medicine is used to relieve symptoms related to allergies such as runny nose, watery eyes, itching eyes/nose, hives, sneezing and itching. It is also used for the treatment of chronic itching caused by hives. Side effects may include loss of appetite, sore throat, tiredness, nausea, diarrhoea, muscle pain, fever, trouble sleeping and upset stomach.
