The G302 Daedalus Prime mouse

Designed with the intensive gameplay of Multiplayer Online Battle Arena video games in mind, the Logitech G302 is a high-performance device. Itis built sturdy so the gameplay does not have the mouse coming apart, due to which it has a mechanical tensioning system for the buttons. These have been tested for 20 million clicks.

The resolution is at 240 - 4,000 DPI, with a report rate within 1 millisecond. Inside is a 32-bit ARM processor to keep things slick. It also has the ability to store programmed button profiles.

There are six buttons and they can be customised to a users preferences. Even allowing for a single click to execute a combination of actions. One needs to use the Logitech Gaming Software (LGS), to set these customisations but later it can work with different machines without the need of the software.

On the fly DPI switching is something useful for gamers, especially in the case of first-person-shooting games. This DPI switching detail can also be tuned to a player's needs with the LGS.

The feet are very low friction so the mouse can be moved about easily. The design is well set for the hand and fingers to be in a comfortable position to react, which is easier as the mouse is lightweight overall.

Comments

Despite being a well-made device this is a budget-friendly option from Logitech. It is compatible with the various OSes one comes across and needs only a USB port to be able to function.

The Logitech G302 also has RGB lights towards the rear for a cool user experience.
