Making these pushups a lot harder, improving one's strength and stabilizers.

Generally, the weight range is from 1kg to 11kgs. The designs vary depending on the brand so it can be anything from a full black ball with a few white lines to neon patchwork. The price range depends on the brand and what weight the medicine ball in question, the heavier the ball the more it costs.
