Milk Powder

While creating the milk powder the more sensitive nutrients like magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium, vitamins A, D, E and K do not survive. The original fat and cholesterol present in the milk will oxidize retaining only the cholesterol adding soy lecithin to emulsify the formula as it is a protein agent. To ensure the high quality of the milk powder the collected raw milk goes through 23 quality checks which include the milk be treated with antibiotics and aflatoxin. Milk powder is pre-sweetened and dissolves entirely into water, coffee, shakes and black tea. The result is a thicker and richer cup of tea. The taste enhances the flavour of the tea and can be used whenever needed without any preparation like milk which requires to be heated. 

Packaging Size

There are a variety of sizes available starting from 200g, 400g and 1kg making it easy to buy according to personal requirements. It has servings of up to 110 cups of tea in a 1kg bag. Powdered milk can be stored indefinitely as an unopened bag has a shelf life of 2 to 10 years after the date of manufacturing. Once opened it is best to store the powder in a sealed jar to keep it fresh for longer. Instructions for proper storage are to transfer the powder into an airtight container to avoid clumping which makes it hard to scoop out the powder. Ideally, it should be stored in a cool, dry and hygienic area of the kitchen or room.

Ingredients

Milk powder is made from Milk Solids, Vegetable Fat, Sugar, Stabilisers, Emulsifier, Salt and Soya Lecithin. This milk product is not a safe substitute for mother’s milk. It is also available in a liquid creamer version for those who do not want to use powder.
