Starting as Joseph Hepworth & Son tailoring stores in the UK in 1864, Next is now one of the largest sellers of clothes in Britain. The name change happened in 1982. The brand has about 700 stores, 500 of which are in the UK and the rest are spread across the globe.

The idea initially was to have ready-to-wear suiting, which is why at some point Hardy Aimes was also brought in to reinvigorate their suiting lines. Hardy Aimes himself was among the celebrated Savile Row bespoke tailors.

The brand has pretty much any form of clothing one may need. This applies for women, men and kids. One can find underwear, shirts, pants, shorts, sweaters, dresses, jackets, blazers and suits. They even have loungewear and sporting apparel.

The design profile of Next clothes is simple and neat, with the usage of patterns also being managed within those lines. The quality of material is also high and clothes from this brand would easily last a long while if cared for correctly.
