Display & Design 

The Nokia 2.2 display size is 5.71 inches which is a large widescreen great for watching favourite videos, social media browsing, Netflix and Youtube. The IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen has features like face unlock and Always-On display that can be customised by the user.  The display resolution will not be able to deliver 4K results but the 720×1520 Pixels is clear enough and will feel bright under the right settings. The thin bezels all around the screen with a waterdrop notch display will feel premium. The body is made from polycarbonate which feels like glass on both front and back chassis. The colours available are Tungsten Black or Steel that give the phone a stylish business profile. 

Camera

The rear camera setup is simply a single lens 13 megapixels that feels a dated and obsolete in the today's time where 40 MP with triple lens system is a must-have for users. The photography results will be low settings but can be enhanced with the AI tools and built-in editing tools in the camera application.

The selfie camera is very basic with only a 5 megapixels single-lens setup. The Nokia 2.2 is not a photography friendly camera, but it will be able to stream well for video chat and conferencing under daylight settings. The videos resolution delivers 1080 pixels at 30fps which will look good played back with smooth image quality. 

Memory

The internal memory is 32 GB that can store hundreds of photographs but will eventually run out when downloading music, videos or backing up WhatsApp chats. It is recommended to expand the internal memory capacity of the 2.2 as it can be pushed up to 400GB, which can store years of data easily. Upgrading the storage will also boost the limited 3 GB RAM performance, aiding it in processing tasks faster on the phone. The second variant of the memory model is 16 GB of internal storage with 2 GB of RAM which is available at a cheaper price. 

Processor Chipset

The MediaTek MT6761 Helio A22 chipset has octa-core processing clocking in at 2 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU that can offer users fast processing for daily tasks but will not be able to smoothly deliver intensive gaming experiences. The PowerVR GE8320 GPU can work on low settings for PUBG and Asphalt.

Battery & Connectivity Features

The small 3000mAh battery will be able to last 24 hours when used lightly. It has Bluetooth 4.2, loudspeaker, 3.5mm audio jack and Wifi, USB and GPS connectivity.

Without the popular fingerprint sensor, the screen can be only be unlocked through swipe gesture or through the face unlock.
