Raffaello, is a confection from the Ferrero brand that is not chocolate even though it has a similar texture and feel. Made from praline which also has a spherical wafer that has a filling of white milk cream and blanched almonds. The outer layer is covered in coconut. Raffaello is a unique flavour and is widely loved in many countries around the world.

People who are lactose intolerant might want to avoid it as it does contain dairy elements.
