The phone has a beautiful large screen. Colour options for Realme 5 include Crystal Purple and Crystal Blue. Realme 5 is splash resistant which makes it the best thing about its build. This is a commendable move for a phone in this price bracket. It also sports a fingerprint scanner that is fast and responsive. The only downer to the design is the low-resolution screen that is not as sharp as it should've been.
The phone sports a 3GB/4GB RAM which is ok for a midrange phone. It runs on Android 9 Pie and uses a Snapdragon 665 chipset. Realme 5 is a great device for gaming as it uses the Adreno 610 GPU. The phone won't give you any heating or lagging issues and delivers excellent performance.
The Quad camera setup on the rear is a real treat as this is not very common for budget phones to include that many cameras. There is only a single 13 MP selfie camera in the front that takes nice photos. The main 12 MP rear camera takes great pictures in daylight. However, it struggles in nighttime shots but still performs better than most in this price range.
With three internal storage capacities to choose from, the Realme 5 comes with huge battery endurance. It doesn't support fast charging and includes a 10W regular charger in the package.
