A device in the mid-range, the Realme C25s comes with the MediaTek Helio G85 a processor made using the 12nm method with an octa-core architecture. It also has the Mali-G52 MC2 integrated for graphics processing, so the visual load is taken off the main processor. There is 4GB of RAM to power tasking for these processors and 128GB of storage. This storage can be expanded via a microSDXC card so in case storage falls short you can add on more.

For the OS, Realme has Android 11 in the C25s along with the Realme UI 2.0 layered on top. This layer adds customisations that the bare Android system does not have. This way a user can get a personalised feel for their digital environment.
