Design & Display

The always-on display of Xiaomi Mi Note 10 features a gorgeous 6.47 inches AMOLED touchscreen. The phone's display at 400 ppi is incredibly sharp, clear and bright. At a glance, the Mi Note 10 bears a strong resemblance to the Huawei P30 Pro but unlike the P30 Pro, the Mi Note 10 lacks waterproofing. The phone adorns a reflective Gorilla Glass 5 back and is not water-resistant. Its panels curve beautifully into the rounded aluminium edges making the phone appear sleek and seamless despite actually being thicker than rivalling phones.

The curved edges sometimes accidentally activate the screen so the best solution is using a mobile case. Xiaomi includes a silicone case with the Mi Note 10 if the users want extra protection for their mobile. There is a down-firing speaker on the phone that produces decent sound with rich bass and clear highs and lows. 

Battery & Storage

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has a huge 5260 mAh battery that supports fast charging. The phone includes a 30W fast charger that rapidly charges up the phone to 100% in under 65 minutes as claimed by the manufacturer. The storage isn't expandable so if you want bigger storage you can opt for the more spacious and also more expensive Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro.

Penta Camera Module

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is considered to be the first phone to offer a 108MP Penta camera setup. In collaboration with Samsung, Xiaomi has developed 108 MP ISOCELL Bright HMX image sensor that is great even in extreme low light conditions. The rear houses a vertical array of 5 cameras with optical image stabilization. Top of the rear features a 5MP telephoto lens, then a 12 MP 2x telephoto lens, 108 MP Quad Bayer main camera, 20 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro camera. The result of these 5 cameras is astounding and crystal clear and the only downer is that the ultra-wide camera lacks focus. The selfie camera is a 32 MP lens set into a waterdrop notch in the front of the phone. Its results are sharp and the selfie cam performs really well under low lighting conditions.

Gaming & Processing 

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 features the powerful mid-range chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 G along with a whopping 6GB of RAM. For this price, it would've been nice if Xiaomi included a better chipset like the Snapdragon 855 but to cut the cost, the manufacturers had to make a trade-off with the high-quality camera setup. Mi Note 10 delivers a flagship phone level performance with fast and fluid processing. You won't notice any thermal throttling while playing high intensive games on this phone.
