Another attribute is the temperature. Jade stones are cool to touch and will remain cool regardless of the outside temperature. Marble rollers will not cool down quickly after use and are not cool to touch.

You can massage the face with a jade facial roller alone or add some massage oil for better gliding motions.  Usually, the cold-pressed rosehip seed oil is considered the best massage oil to be used with the roller. The oil is known for its anti-ageing properties as it is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and fatty acids.

Make sure to gently wash your roller after every use. Soaking the roller in a mixture of warm water and a mild soap for a few minutes will cleanse the roller thoroughly and remove all sorts of product buildup and debris.
