This is a mild exfoliating solution that helps get rid of the skin's dead layer. It also removes blemishes over time and helps restore the skin's youthful glow. The ingredients are Glycolic Acid which is an exfoliant, Ginseng and Aloe Vera that soothe and calm the skin and then Tasmanian Pepper berry that prevents irritation and inflammation. 

It is a common misperception that the Glycolic acid will lighten the skin, it doesn't do that. However, It does enhance the skin tone by brightening it, removing blemishes, and hyperpigmentation, making the texture smoother.

How To Use

Wash and cleanse your skin properly and pat dry. Soak a cotton pad with a small amount of the solution and swipe across the entire face and neck. Avoid the eye area and the lips. Do not rinse off. Ideally, this product is to be used in the evening and only once per day. Even better if used on alternate days and only once or twice a week if your skin is too sensitive.

While many skincare experts and Youtubers may claim to use this product every day, it is best not to as daily use may damage the skin. This will result in over-exfoliation and make the skin overly dry. Also, avoid using the product on damp skin and always wear a good broad-spectrum sunscreen every day even if you don't go out in the sun. The best time to apply this toner is in the evening.

Avoid using L-Ascorbic acid or Vitamin C products immediately after using Glycolic Acid as this can irritate the skin. Also, avoid using Niacinamide with The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution as the difference in their pH levels can disrupt the skin's pH balance causing irritation and redness.
