Revlon Color Effects Platinum™ has a powerful agent called hydrogen peroxide that has to be used with precision to help cut down the hairs natural colour. Cutting down is a Pakistani hair salon term used to describe the bleaching treatment to prepare the hair for permanent hair colour. Hair colourists in Pakistan will use the alkalinity of the bleach to oxidise the hair in order for it to pick up the permanent colour dye.

There are two highlighting hair kits available by Revlon called Color Effects Frost & Glow™ Highlights and Revlon Color Effects Ombré™. Root Touch Up is an important part of dying hair, as they help keep the hair looking fresh and salon ready for weeks. Revlon offers a Root Erase Permanent Root Touch Up kit that is ideal for covering any roots regrowing and stray grey hair in five minutes. It has 13 colour shades that can match your hair dye and even out hair roots to the entire length of the hair. 

Permanent Hair Color: 

Revlon has a total of 41 shades of hair colour in their collection. They use the latest hair science to perfect results for all hair types. The Revlon 3D Color Gel Technology™ has been developed my hair experts to deliver a multiple color tone range to help keep hair colour looking natural for longer. There is a special protection agent that helps defend hair from any UV damage from harsh sunlight. It is essential that hair dye products be Ammonia-free and all of Revlon's permanent hair colour range ensures that no ammonia damage occurs. They also have hair growth enhancing agents such as keratin added to the main formula that helps rejuvenate hair. The permanent hair dye products are ColorSilk Beautiful Color™ that have popular tones such as Light Ash Brown or the Medium Golden Chestnut Brown. The ColorSilk Moisture-Rich Hair Color has 10 shades with silk proteins that boost the texture of the hair making it healthier as you apply the dye, popular colours in this series are Medium Chestnut Brown and Light Auburn.

Another ColorSilk series is called Buttercream™ has 24 colour shades that have natural agents such as mango, shea, and coconut butter to create an infused hair dye that adds natural shine and softness to hair. How to Apply

Users will need an empty bowl and brush applicator to mix in the Coloursilk Cream Colour &  Developer, the ammonia-free Colorant must also be added to the mixture. Please remember to wear gloves and read the guidelines carefully. Mix the products for 1.5 minute and section out your hair into different areas. Apply the mixture to each part equally and carefully to avoid contact with the skin. Recommended to keep the dye on for 30 minutes and use the AfterColor Conditioner provided in the box for washing out the product.
