Design & Display

With compact dimensions, the OnePlus 6T doesn't feel huge in your hand and is pretty comfortable to hold, and grip on. The huge 6.41-inch AMOLED display has a resolution of 2340 x 1080 with a pixel density of 402 pixels per inch. OnePlus 6T displays the teardrop design that's a shrunken version of the notch, leaving more space at the top left and right of the screen.

Cameras

The rear features the same dual-camera setup in the previous iteration, i.e. a wide-angle lens paired with a 16MP sensor, and a secondary 20MP lens and sensor combination. Both lenses feature an aperture of f/1.7. The camera allows for shooting photos in automatic, portrait, manual and panorama modes. For video shooting, it features slow-motion and timelapse modes. The front selfie camera is a 16MP snapper with an aperture of f/2. Video options include 4K shooting that is capped at 10 minutes.

RAM & Platform

The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with the manufacturer's own OxygenOS UI overlaid and the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM.

Storage

The basic entry-level model comes with 128GB of storage but people looking for bigger storage can opt for the even more spacious 256GB model.

Fingerprint Reader & Face Unlock 

The fingerprint sensor now comes embedded in the screen where it is easier to hit and doesn't take space on the display giving more screen area. The awesome in-screen fingerprint scanner gives a very futuristic feel to the phone. Users can also enable Face Unlock option and can use both technologies at the same time to speed up the unlocking process even further. 

Battery & Charging

It is backed by a non-removable Li-Po 3700mAh battery, which is a huge leap from the 3300mAh battery packed in its predecessor. There’s no wireless charging option on the OnePlus 6T but it supports fast charging with a 20W charger.
