Dual Pixel CMOS Autofocus

The Dual Pixel CMOS AutoFocus allows for fast and accurate autofocusing during Live View still image capture, providing you with the freedom of angle allowed by the 3-inch Vari-angle Touch Screen. The Canon 70D features the cross-type 19 point AF system, making for greater sensitivity. 

Performance

The powerful DIGIC 5+ Image Processor allows for continuous shooting of up to 7 frames per second. Canon 70D also has some amazing imaging real-time features like HDR, HDR Backlight Control, Multiple Exposure, Handheld Night Scene, and Creative Filters, that allow for turning even the simplest of scenes into stunning photos.

ISO Sensitivity & Compatibility

The camera has an ISO sensitivity of 100-12,800 that is expandable to 100-25,600 ISO. allowing for shooting in all lighting conditions. Canon has made its 70D compatible with over 103 Canon EF lenses, making creative possibilities endless for the users. 

Connectivity 

Equipped with the cutting edge wireless technology, the exposure settings can be controlled and operated wirelessly using the free Camera Connect app installed on your smartphone. You can even shoot remotely with the Camera Connect app on your phone.

Data Transfer

The wireless connectivity feature on the EOS 70D also enables easy and quick transfer of images from the camera to a smartphone. The camera is also Full DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) compatible, allowing for image sharing between the camera and other DLNA devices, like HDTVs, smartphones etc. You can transfer images to another wireless-enabled Canon camera via a Local Area Network (LAN). For easy sharing of images and videos on social networking sites, you can instantly upload them to Canon Image Gateway.

Printing Photos

Canon EOS 70D has also made printing photos easy without even needing to connect your PC, thanks to the wireless PictBridge certified printer.
